Need an Official Record?
Start with the custodian that owns the type of Doña Ana County record you need:
- Court case files: use New Mexico criminal court case channels or the clerk of the court shown on the docket
- State arrest history: contact the New Mexico Department of Public Safety Law Enforcement Records Bureau at 505-827-9181
- County bookings: use the Doña Ana County Detention Center JCMS search, then the detention center or county IPRA process for older documents

Picacho Avenue and is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.
